Q. How should I pack my rug?
A. Since we are going to wash, block and size the rug you can simply fold it and put it in a large plastic bag and then in a shipping container.
Q. How long will it take to get my rug back?
A. Including shipping time, about two to three weeks.
Q. How much will it cost to get my rug washed, blocked and sized?
A. See the "Get your Rug Cleaned" section.
Q. Does the price include return shipping?
A. No, we will add the cost of return shipping to your total. The cost is usually about the same as shipping it to us. You can use the calculated weight to get a shipping estimate from your shipping provider.
